Hii...i have a baby boy.he is 2months old...his anus area is looking red and skin got damaged since 1month...we are using ointment also but no use still it is looking same as before...plz let me know why it occurs and is it danger

Buy two medications-
Soframycin ointment
Lignocaine jelly
Mix these two a bit and apply over the skin three times a day. See if this works. In case of further query, you can get back to me.
