  4. Anus pain and rose colour. Should i do?

Anus pain and rose colour
My daughter's anus becomes reddish and she has pain after washing with water.for last one week she had the pblm and still remaining. Daughter gave us albentazole ,cotrimoxazole and a cream to apply.but there is no change .what should I do
