Anus and around are itching

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have constipation and pikes problem.from the last 20 days i am feeling extremely itchy anus and around area,and its slight swollen.i have used Smuth ointment on the affected itchy area.but no cure..please suggest me any oinment for this problem...please help me.
