I m suffering from severe sneezing cold and vitamin d3 deficiency.
My doctor gave me antihistamine tablets .. I m taking it for 1.5yrs..
I want to get rid of that tablet .. Is there any alternative for treating the same .. And if I suddenly stop the tablet . I m getting severe itching problems.. pls give me solution,😭😂😅

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Usually medications are safe to be taken for long term. Usually steroid nasal sprays are much safer and effective. You can also try taking vitamin d supplements
