Anti Rabies Vaccination
Yesterday on a clear day I was standing outside my house , a mosquito bit me on left forearm.. seconds later 2 drops fell from no where, near the mosquito bite bump. i got worried thinking that drops could be bat drool saliva, as it was clear afternoon and not raining. i washed it under tape water but some water went over the mosquito bite bump too .. can rabies spread this way ? should i take vaccination ??

No need to panic. The chance for scenario u described to happen is rarely possible.
Next Steps
Just check whether the place u stood is frequently visited/sheltered by bats or not at daytime. If not, there's no need of any vaccination.
