Anterior axillary fold
I have this slight accentuating of the anterior fold on the right side it is soft but I also have intermittent pain in shoulder arm region that goes away on rest. Should I be worried

If there are any lumps palpable in right breast/ axilla have to do one usg then proceed accordingly.
