My mom has been diagnised with the anterior disc displacement of TM joint as suggested by the MRI report.. Have been advised to take Prolozone therapy by a maxillofacial specialist Another specialist had advised surgery and will place a silicon disc between the joints... pls advise which procedure is effective,proven and less costly
