Anomaly scan on pregnancy

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am 24 weeks pregnant. In my anomaly scan there is a impression stating Both fetal kidneys shows mild pelvicalyectasis, pelvis measure 5mm, ureter not dilated. What does this mean? Is there a problem? Is there any treatment for this? Will it affect the baby after birth? Any home remedies or preventive measures to improve the same.kindly advice.
