Hello...... You have mutilple problem , cannot suggest for all these problem in this platform , examination and investigation is required for each complaints . If you smoke, quit. Smoking is generally bad for your health, but it creates additional problems for people with ankylosing spondylitis. Consult orthopedic surgeon
