Im sudha ,32 y old.when i stand or sit continuosly one hour my ankles are swelling .i dont hav any other problems.plz suggest m wat s d problem and wat s treatmenti

Ankle swelling occurring in both feet is due to  collection of fluid beneath the skin. Common causes are obesity, poor venous drainage and drugs causing fluid retention. If associated with breathlessness,  the cause may be anaemia or heart disease.
