I have recently started doing physical workout. I think so, because of that I am facing some pain in my ankle. Unable to walk properly but, I am sure of not having any pain in bone.. Its almost a week it paining

Hi, I'm Dr Prashant Parate. I would suggest you to use ice fomantation 5 times daily for 10 minutes each time. If you don't get relief in a weeks time, then visit orthopaedic surgeon
