Recently her tongue has swollen making it difficult to breathe. Is this Angioedema? Should we consult a general physician or dermatologist for further diagnosis?

I can understand your concern, this is a serious issue. swellings causing difficulty in breathing is to be taken as a medical emergency. kindly consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. as of now give her a tablet. levocetrizine 10 mg . do not waste any further time. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
