Angina is basically pain in the chest reduced blood flow to the heart. It is usually a squeezing pain in the chest ECG and echo does not confirm that all things in the heart are normal Getting breathless at rest or during exertion can be sign of heart problem but it could be also related to problem with the lungs and other factors So do not worry we need a full history from you and I can help you out to find out what's causing your problem You can consult me online and we can sort out your problem thanks
