Since 2 weeks I am feeling down in energy, Also feeling like I have heart issues I am dealing with health anexity since 3 years Last month I had done all blood test for which reports are attached and even shown to cardiologist who done 2d echo which came has normal, still this fear weakness and pain left me scared. I feel like something is wrong with my heart. Also my b12 is came border for which I have taken meconerve 1500 Please help

Hey. All the symptoms could be explained by anxiety. Though the reports show some minor abnormality, none would explain your symptoms. Better to consult a psychologist to handle your anxiety better. Once that is done, you should feel better.
