YOU CAN TAKE CAUSE FESOVIT ONE AT NIGHT.FOR THREE MONTHS TABLET FOLLIC ACID JUST A SUBSTITUTE NOT MEDICINE 1-1-1or2-2. ALSO THREE MONTHS NO HARM. OK, BYE.
