Anemia with increased platelates count
Patient diagnosed with low hemoglobin (4.7) and vitamin B-12 deficiency (159),normal platelates and enlarged infected prostate which is now operated. After four units of blood transfusion ,patient got surgery of prostrate. Now after 15 days from surgery patient hemoglobin is 9.5 and platelates count is more than 5 lakhs.So please suggest me the regions behind this and further line of treatment also suggest the type of speslist for treatment.Previously patient having andoscopy of upper GI with no abnormal findings.
