Anemia /low haemoglobin
My 4 month 10 day old baby weight 5.76kg was increasing weight only 13gms per day from past one month.. Doctor suggested blood check up where his haemoglobin is 10.1g/dl, doctor has suggested iron syrup for a month.. Is it a serious issue ? Kindly guide
