Anechoic cyst noted in right lobe
The liver is enlarge size , shape measure 17.5 cm .No diluted PV and IHBr noted . There is thin wall large anechoic cyst noted in right lobe measures 10.5×9.3×9.6 cm3. No membrane and no daughter cyst noted. Platelets is down 68000 cu mm . Minimum RBC and Minimum WBC . So my question is what is the solution of this problem ? It's risky?? Please answer me .

This problem is  of surgery. Secondly pt. Is serious , take care. On line treatment is not possible.
