Anamoly scan - single umbalical artery
I am 20week 6 days pregnant today went for anomaly scan in that report they mentioned single umbalical artery and in tripple marker test trisomy21 was 1:483. Where NT report  was normal with NT 2.4mm and trisomy 21 risk was 1:14083 in 14th week of NT scan. Anomaly scan report attached.. Any issues? Please suggest.

All other parameters are normal and there is just isolated single umblical artery, so there is very less chance for  the baby being abnormal If you want you can go for NIPT, as triple test is in the intermediate risk zone

If there will be single umblical artery we have to do a USG after a month of delivery for the baby, Trisomy 21 indicates about down's
