  4. Analysis report. Counts are good or not?

I need to clarify few things in the report. In the report near blood it's mentioned as 1+ .what it denotes ? RBC ,WBC COUNTS ARE GOOD OR NOT?

Your urine report is normal except mild proteinuria. Is she hypertensive or not? Protienuria controls when diabetes and everything normalizes.
