AnalFissure,itching and swelling
For the past 3 months I have been suffering from anal fissures , it heals and reappears. I i also have a small skin tag on posterior side. sometimes i have severe itching inside anus and I used control it but from last 3 days I have been scratching inside and outside of anus and it resulted in swelled and redish anus... also perinum is also swelled 2 times I take sitzbath I use anorelief ointment for anal fissure. Also I recently found a small boil like thing on right anterior of anus..which increased a little in size during scratching?Should I have to worry about it? What should I do to to deal with swelling and itching?

To continue hot sitz bath. Tab O2: 1 tab twice daily x 7days. Tab Albendazole 400 mg: 1tab at bedtime to chew. Osil cream to apply locally twice daily to perianal region. If it is not healed then you should consult surgeon for anal stretching and fissurectomy.
