Anal Warts - HPV. I have some queries!

Hi All, I'm writing this because I have some queries regarding HPV. I'm 24 years old and I'm sexually active. I want to know what treatments I can undergo to get rid of this. I think I'm affected. How do I know that? Because I have tiny bumps inside my anus (on the anal entry, but, slightly inside). I know it's not completely curable. But, I want to take all the measures to make sure that doesn't go to the next stage. My Questions: 1. Can males get vaccinated? 2. It is good to get vaccinated even after I'm affected? 3. Does vaccination help cure warts? 4. If I can get vaccinated, what would be the price of the vaccination? 5. Where can I get these vaccination? 6. It is good use imiquad or podophyllin cream on the warts. Will that affect my immunity? Thanks in advance.
