Anal fistula
I am having Anal fissure,after passing stool I am just cleaning up with dry tissue and then using water shower with force to clean my it from outside only,I don't put or use index finger inside Anal canal to clean it,is it okay? My only concern is if I don't put finger inside and clean it and only keep washing from outside Will it turn up in to abcess or fistula? Plz advice

The way you wash will not create an abscess. It’s about not having hard stools. So please clean well, but gently. Make sure your stools are soft, by having plenty of water and a high-fibre diet.
Next Steps
Apply Cremagel-H ointment locally after cleaning, to avoid an infection.
