Anal Fissure and healing it

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Sir, I got my hemmeroid ligation done, which continued for 2 months. Now I have anal fissure from 3 weeks it has become better than before but still during passing stool fresh blood comes and it pains alot, the pain remains for 1 hour , earlier in the starting the pain used to last 4-5 hours, how can I heal it faster
