Anal discomfort and irritation
Had upset stomach 2-3 weeks back and had burning sensation while defecating was fine after that once stomach settled. now since almost a week there is a burning sensation at times not even able to sit and slight pain and irritation while defecating.

Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three tines a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glad of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days.
