I am a working professional with little or no time to prep breakfast, lunch or dinner. I do minimal workout. I used to have a good concentration level during my school and college days, but now, its gone. Can you suggest something? I heard amway multivitamins are good?

Hi - I will surely help u. can u detail me your present weight, height?? Normally for grow up or have a good concentration u should go for mediation even at home. use candle light at evening in your room or a open natural place without disturbing by any one. I advice to read some good inspiration books can boost up your mental strength, over all concentration. think positive & think that u v to do something best to show ll heroic also for community.
