Hi - I will surely help u. can u detail me your present weight, height?? Normally for grow up or have a good concentration u should go for mediation even at home. use candle light at evening in your room or a open natural place without disturbing by any one. I advice to read some good inspiration books can boost up your mental strength, over all concentration. think positive & think that u v to do something best to show ll heroic also for community.
