My sister suffer from dark , flaky skin discoloured near finger and toes it started last two year only one toes and now spread to hand no specialist available so took online consultation dr said it above mention problem & advice for vit b12 test can someone plz guide me about this condition and is this test relevant and is there any other systemic can cause this and is this curable
