Hi, As u hav shifted to Bangalore just 2 years back and ur teeth r getting yellowish only after coming to Bangalore, it can't be because of fluorosis.. Higher amount of fluoride in water affects teeth only when teeth are being developed. As u r already 19, complete calcification must have occurred. There must be some other reason or the yellow white patches must have been present in ur teeth earlier too.. Anyways, show it to a good dentist. If stains r extrinsic, it'll be removed only by scaling, while if intrinsic, u may have to go for a separate procedure named bleaching.. Ur dentist will give you the details regarding the same.
