I have yellow urine and burning while urine From last 8 months It' started with bacterial infection But two months before bacterial infection gone And blood culture report came normal Still urine is yellow from last two months I am attaching my report Andi have neeri syrup Can I try And please let me know how to take neeri syrup?

Take plenty of fluids and take syp alkasol 15ml with a glass of water thrice daily  for a few days. Get blood sugar tested since your symptoms are recurring
