Your query has two points 1) for getting teeth whiter-yes there is a treatment possible,  getting your dental cleaning done followed by  bleaching which will whiten your teeth. 2)to remove white stains - yes that too can be done depending upon what kind of stains they are.  if they are intrinsic (stains from within the tooth) then veneers is the solution to get whiter teeth for a longer duration of time.  also there are some dental creams available which will remove those white stains (which in our term we call hypo plastic patches)  which means they are slightly under developed or less fluoridated portion of tooth. Yes there is treatment available for whitening thats called dental bleaching,bt its white for limited period of time and sometimes also causes sensitivity as after effects ,so rather go for periodic scaling and cleaning of teeth...hope u ve got d answer
