Yeast infection or bv or any sti

How do I know if I have a yeast infection or a bacterial vaginosis or sti because everything have nearly same symptoms. I am got a yeast infection earlier one year ago and today I am not sure if I have a yeast infection or bv or it's a sti. Can you suggest me what to do . The symptoms are indicating yeast infection but the discharge is very low and my vagina is itchy .
