X rays  show small opacities both lung fields, which could be just due to frequent exposure to dust or recurrent cold and cough. Small blood in cough could be simply due to local infection or inflammation. Now if cough is improving,continue the meds you are taking. Also do steam inhalation and hot saline gargles,  2 to 3 times daily.
