I am 30 year old and have little bow knee(right) and have pain in it sometimes, i got lateral and ap view done and this is the result, could you please let me know if this is OA and can it be cured with regular exercise .

For 30 yrs, don't have to worry about osteoarthritis. Xray looks okay. If xray shows osteoarthritis it cannot be reversed
