Hi My husband suffering from head ache, snoring Doctor suggested X-ray paranasal sinuses(PNS). I attached the reports pls let me know if there is any problem. Thank you

snoring may be because of sinus issue. Use Furamist AZ nasal spray 2 puffs two times a day for 10 days

There is Sinusitis which can be cause of snoring.

X-Ray in sinusitis is a uselessly outdated mode of investigation notorious for giving false positive reporting due to tissue superimposition. Please get a plain CT scan of your husband's paranasal sinuses. That will give specific information on how to rectify the issue.
