  4. Wrist pain. Please suggest me?

Last year in accident my left wrist were fracture and i have passed through a surgery. now after 9 month pain in my wrist and doctor say that my radius are irregular in shape and space between radius and carpel. now i suffering from wrist pain. doctor say that in future i m under go in arthritis. please suggest me???
