Hello doc...I had wrist fracture 😢 on 10 dec and doc had given pain killers for 3 days only...and I am having my pakka plaster...doc told me that it will reopen after 3 weeks...doc is it safe to remove my plaster after 3 weeks...and how can I use wrist brace after that...at night can I sleep with that brace...waiting for your reply😔

At least cast for 3weeks.after can be continued for 3wks or wrist brace for 3more weeks. No lifting of heavy weights for this period. Gentle mobilisation exercise under physio guidance after 3wks..after 3weeks brace can be worn at night.

You have a fracture of the  wrist. It needs pop for 6 to 8 weeks. Gentle physiotherapy there after. You should take calcium,multivitamins &vitamin D  along with.
