Dear doctors, 2 days back i fell on road and got two wounds one of hand and another on leg. Iam attaching both the pics here . Do they look fine or is there chance of infection. Should I take any medicine/ointment. Or it will be ok on its own? Male -26 yo

First take TT injection. Start applying povidone iodine ointment on the wounds to avoid any bacterial infection. If you have any other symptoms kindly consult via practo

Kindly clean and apply T.bact ointment /Fucidin ointment over affected areas for 5 days. Ensure you are not allergic to any of the components of the ointments mentioned. TT injection, if not taken in last 10 years
