Worms and stomach pain only at night

My Daughter is experiencing stomach ache at night and upon checking her bum, i could see some worms. I have given her the OTC allopathy medicine for deworming but she still complaints about stomach ache sometimes. What more can be done to relieve her of this pain?

Syp Ibugesic plus is the best. However, if symptoms persist show a nearby doctor.
