Workout without tracking macros

Hi, I do regular cardio and weight training 6 days per week. Its been six months and following regular diet. Not started low carb diet yet. Results are very minimal. Taking chicken and paneer for protein along with wheat rotis. Not taking any whey protein or other supplement. Please advise what change i should do to have more fat loss?? Thanks

First I have to evaluate your daily diet plan. And I want to see recent medical reports. And wanted to know your lifestyle physical activity eating habits and timings as well.
