Wisdom tooth Serious problem

Pls look at OPG and clinical image of right lower wisdom tooth and suggest whether extraction has risk of Parasthesia. Most dentists said there is risk and some said no risk. CBCT can't be done due to radiation exposure as I have allready undergone huge radiation in past. If there is risk tell me how much in percentage risk and permanent or temporary?

Hello! Your tooth is definitely impinging over the inferior alveolar nerve. However, you must remember that an xray (OPG) is a 2D representation of a 3D object. Some grade of angulation error is inevitable since it's two planar. Having said that, since it is clinically visible in the mouth. It can be sectioned and taken out without any fuss. Medical procedures are technique sensitive and governed by many factors so a number can't be put for the same when you ask about "percentage of risk". Post of recovery for any medical procedure is subjective to your overall health and condition. Rest assured with proper care, you'll be fine.
Next Steps
You must extract is immediately before food starts lodging and causing further infection.
Health Tips
Opt to have it done from an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon. Follow the post op care diligently and you'll be fine. Good luck!
