First you need to check your wisdom tooth is erupted or it's locked inside jaw bone. If it's inside bone no other option then going for removal if it's erupted completely with the.above mentioned symptoms there are certain less invasive procedures other than removal that your dentist will explain you. If wisdom tooth is affected by cavities and infection it will go for removal.
