Hloo Sir If it Is covered with the bone that I impacted You have to remove it And if there is pain due to any infection rct can n done If you don't want to go for extraction Further details can be given if you can share your x-ray Regards

If it is straight then chances of normal eruption are good but if tilted then you should get it extracted.first of all get an x-ray for same.
