Wisdom tooth extraction
This is the x ray I got for my wisdom tooth which was causing me reoccurring pain. Should I get it removed right away or Should I wait?

looking at your x-ray it's pretty clear that both of your lower wisdom teeth are impacted and it needs to be removed.
The longer you wait to get it done, the more complications can arise, like decay or resorption of your adjacent tooth.

Your both right and left lower wisdom teeth are horizontally impacted,so it won't erupt properly. Get it removed at the earliest. To relieve pain,antibiotics along with analgesics has to be taken. You can consult through this for prescription of medication.
