Wisdom tooth extraction parasthesia
Cavity in right lower wisdom tooth and adjacent 7 no molar. Check OPG and physical images. Problem is dentists told that risk of parasthesia during extraction of wisdom tooth due to nerve being near. Right now no pain but sensitivity and food lodgement. Is it possible to do only RCT of exposed area and delay extraction of wisdom tooth right now for 1-2 years? Can't do CBCT as already I have had many exposures to radiation of CT,xrays and barium meal. So tell me any way to delay extraction or avoid parasthesia during extraction

The OPG is a 2D representation of a 3D object. Even though the nerve is seen to be impinging on the tooth, the tooth is clinically visible and can be extracted surgically without much fuss.
You can't delay infection because in your case the source of infection is decay caused by food lodgement - an inevitable happening given the angulation of your tooth.

RCT of 7 is not possible as Crown cannot be done due to extent of caries below gum line... There is no chances of parasthesia on Extraction of impacted tooth.. As 8 is much higher than the nerve canal ...

get both the Extraction s done.. the roots of 8 are conical.. it will come out with a little bone guttering..

Consult your Dentist for the same .There is a procedure called as Coronectomy, where its removal of just the crown or the top portion of the tooth or you can say just the chewing portion . So your dentist will remove the crown leaving behind the roots , this can have almost the same benefits of wisdom tooth removal and then we can proceed with your rct of adjacent molar.
