Hi. One need to access if the decay on the adjacent tooth is deep enough to get a root canal treatment or just a regular cleaning of the cavity and filling. If there are no pain symptoms then first get the wisdom tooth removed and then treat the adjacent tooth in the subsequent appointment.

hello, it is better to remove the wisdom tooth if it is infected and also affecting the neighbouring tooth. Yes, you can do both in one sitting as a single dose of anesthesia will be sufficient. Start with the root caal treatment first and then get the wisdom tooth extracted.

It is definitely advisable, but the only issue is your mouth opening for long duration. You will get fatigue. Better plan it out in two different sittings.

Hello It's good to get root canal and impaction done. But I will advice to do it in multiple sittings as it's tiring to keep ur mouth open for a long time. Spasm can occur in ur joint. So better space both the treatment by minimum 1 week.

Yes,it is possible to do the rct and extraction in the same sitting under one local anaesthesia but it would be a long sitting and you have to keep your mouth open for a long time and also depends on the difficulty of the extraction.If the extraction is not a very complicated one you can easily go ahead with both in the same sitting...
