Are there any disadvantage on wisdom removel ??? As I have doubt on my doctor who extracted my wisdom tooth.. instead of treating it he extracted completely...

Many times wisdom teeth are not in a proper position and require removal. If your doctor advised that and the extraction was done properly then there is no problem. You need not worry. Wisdom teeth do not require to be replaced.
