Hello sir.. The wisdom teeth can be removed, when it causes pain or discomfort.. But take an opg and verify the condition of adjacent teeth and third molar relation.. Follow me up for further queries. Thank you..

Hello Generally, you can leave the wisdom teeth if they are not troubling you. But many times, they are not completely erupted and are bent over the adjacent tooth, subsequently leading to its damage. This can be clearly seen ik a full mouth X ray (OPG).
Next Steps
Get an OPG done for yourself, so that the partially erupted and tilted wisdom teeth can be removed timely before they damage the adjacent tooth.
