As of now tablets will relieve the pain. But it's always suggested to remove the wisdom tooth, because even after other treatment modalities 100 % success rates are less, therefore I suggest you go ahead and get it extracted once for all. You won't have any issues later

Dear Patient, Wisdom tooth ache can be because of various reasons. Only a dentist would be able to tell you whether painkillers will be effective enough or you would be needing a treatment/removal for it. Regards..

If the wisdom tooth is paining, please visit your dentist who can examine the case clinically and guide you with the best possible treatment options..... the most likely option with a permanent resolution is extraction of the offending tooth...... medications as such will only provide a temporary relief for dental problems and should be taken only as and when prescribed by a dentist..... self medication should be avoided.... Regards.....

Hello, Tablets for wisdom teeth is a temporary solution. Most of the wisdom teeth these days require removal. Still you should visit a dentist and let the dentist decide whether it should be removed or should be saved. The reason why it is going for extraction for most of the patients is due to evolution. As humans are evolving there is a change in the eating habits. Our ancestors used to eat raw flesh due to which their jaw size was bigger and they needed more teeth to grind food. But now we mostly consume cooked food and soft food. So the jaw size is reducing and there is no place for the wisdom tooth to erupt in the mouth. Hence extraction is needed as it gives pain and also can lead to food lodgement due to which even ur front tooth can get decayed. So mostly extraction is the best solution. Hope this information helps you. Regards, Benchmark Dental Clinic Pune
