Hi mam...   The time depends on degree of difficulty encountered during extraction... Degree of difficulty during extraction is based on depth of the teeth and its relative position within the bone... X_ray (OPG) is required to identify the depth of tooth and its position with in the bone... on average it takes around 30 to 45 min for complete procedure of wisdom teeth removal Any fluoriated tooth paste can be used .... and if you have flurosis then herbal paste is best to use...
