I’m 24 yrs old doctor said u can conceive spontaneously but due to force in home I started using letrozole from 5th day BD and I went to follicular study regularly 18th day my left ovary follicle is19x16 ET 9mm they said to take hcg when the follicle 20 but when I went on 20th day they said ruptured follicle with 10mm ET and With triple layer.My LMP:26 March Doctor advised sustane 200 suppository this time can I conceive but no symptoms of implantation

How come you will know regarding implantation.Your period  date is 26 th April tomorrow do pregnancy test by Bhcg .It is blood test and correct information will get  through this process.
